**About Us:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Senior Data Scientist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and developing innovative solutions that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, build predictive models, and translate complex findings into actionable insights.
**Responsibilities:**
*   Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for a variety of business problems, including but not limited to: predictive modeling, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and natural language processing.
*   Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data patterns, identify key drivers, and uncover actionable insights.
*   Develop and implement robust data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
*   Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
*   Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives.
*   Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*   Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team’s technical growth and best practices.
*   Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
*   Identify and champion new opportunities to apply data science to solve business challenges.
**Qualifications:**
*   Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
*   5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
*   Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
*   Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
*   Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
*   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
*   Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
