**Job Title:** Corporate Recruiter (interim/bepaalde tijd)

**Job Description:**

* Responsible for the recruitment of all go-to-market roles within 4PS Netherlands, including positions in sales & account management, consultancy, project management, and support.
* Collaborate with the Dutch HR team (two HR Business Partners and yourself) and be part of the international recruitment team with four Corporate Recruiters.
* Have a direct impact on the company’s growth and contribute to 4PS’s international ambitions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Take full responsibility for assigned vacancies, from writing job descriptions to sourcing and securing the right candidate.
* Choose the most effective recruitment approach for each role.
* Advise hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies and work with HR on recruitment plans aligned with company growth.
* Actively approach potential candidates, generate enthusiasm for 4PS, and guide them through the entire recruitment process.
* Conduct intake interviews to understand both the role and the candidate’s profile.
* Monitor vacancy progress, provide reporting, and build a strong talent pipeline.
* Contribute to strategic recruitment themes such as referral, campus recruitment, and workforce planning to continuously professionalize the recruitment approach in line with organizational goals.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience for customer-facing roles.
* Experience in sourcing within a tight labor market; experience in a software or tech environment is a plus.
* Proficient in Dutch and English.
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
* Experience with candidate experience, balancing process efficiency with a positive candidate journey.
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to act as a critical discussion partner.
