**About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Remote Office Recruiter** to join our global team.
You’ll manage the full recruitment process for a variety of white-collar positions, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

**What You’ll Do**
* Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and write effective job descriptions.
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
* Screen and evaluate applicants for skill, attitude, and cultural fit.
* Maintain accurate records and pipelines in the ATS.
* Represent Hiring Group’s brand professionally and consistently.

**What We’re Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in **recruitment, HR, or sales** — internships or entry-level roles welcome.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Familiar with ATS/HRIS systems (preferred).
* Able to work within **PST-EST business hours**.
* **Proven experience in global markets** is essential.
* **Proficiency in English** and **Russian**
