**Recruiter – Technician Hiring**

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions
* Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
* Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
* Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
* Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
* Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

**Compensation:**
* Base monthly pay to provide financial stability
* Performance-based bonuses for each successful hire
* High earning potential with no cap on bonuses
