About the role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire high-performing sales talent. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of modern sales teams, knows how to assess quota-carrying roles, and can partner closely with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of candidates who can drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including SDRs, AEs, account managers, sales managers, and related positions.
Talent Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, CRM databases, industry groups) to find and engage top sales talent.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct screening calls, evaluate selling skills, assess quota performance, and verify sales-related competencies.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective candidate profiles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales openings.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare hiring teams, collect feedback, and facilitate an efficient, high-quality interview process.
Employer Branding: Promote the employer value proposition through recruitment marketing, social content, outreach messages, and career events.
Offer & Negotiation: Deliver offers, guide compensation conversations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
Data & Reporting: Track metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and report insights to leadership.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and sales operations to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience recruiting for sales roles (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of sales processes, quota expectations, and common sales KPIs.
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through a variety of channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and sourcing technologies.
Strong judgment in evaluating selling ability and cultural fit.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring in (industry: SaaS, tech, retail, etc.).
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with compensation structures (base, commission, accelerators, quota plans).
