**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated **Recruiter** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades (Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electric). You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
* Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
* Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
* Maintain organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Support employer branding and participate in recruitment campaigns or events.
* Assist with scheduling, communications, and other administrative recruitment tasks.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems preferred.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
