We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Middle) passionate about communicating with prospects to identify further and develop an interest in a1qa’s services. Our BDR is an action-oriented individual who confidently generates qualified prospects through email, phone, and social networks.

**What you’ll do**:
– Reach out to targets via email, phone calls, social networks
– Assess prospects’ needs and develop an understanding of their business challenges
– Participate in presenting the company to potential clients
– Create and build a lasting bond of trust with prospects
– Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
– Use CRM software
– Interact with a sales team
– Report to your Team Lead on the results.
**Requirements**:
– B2+ English level (spoken and written)
– Huge desire to explore IT industry and sharpen your marketing skill set
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability and willingness to grasp new concepts quickly
– Organized and detail-oriented approach to work process.
– Experience in B2B Lead generation activities
– Experience with CRM software
– Familiarity with MS Excel
– Experience in communication (calling/mailing, etc.)
**Nice to have**:
– BSc degree in Marketing, International Communications, or relevant field.
