Act as a quality advocate, balancing business goals with long-term player satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of game systems, progression models, rewards, and player motivation.
Ability to translate complex product and design ideas into clear, testable quality expectations.
Experience working with Live Ops or live service games.
Ability to identify risks related to player experience, progression, and in-game economy.
Confident use of issue-tracking tools (JIRA or similar).
Strong skills in structured stakeholder communication.
High-quality documentation and analytical reporting skills.
High level of organisation, ownership, and time management.
Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent releases.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how quality, progression, and monetisation intersect.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Live Ops, and QA teams.
English level: B2–C1, sufficient for confident communication with international teams.
Nice to have:
Background in economy design, balance analysis, or product analytics.
Exposure to mobile platforms and Apple / Google submission processes.
Understanding of test automation and its application to live validation.
Familiarity with the end-to-end game development lifecycle.
