🚨 We’re Hiring: Head of Design (On-Site)
AdGeeks is a fast-growing 360° digital marketing agency working with global brands across **Fintech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Automotive, and Crypto**.
We manage **high-budget programmatic, performance, and brand campaigns across Google DV360, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP & more**.
Now, we’re looking for a **Head of Design** to lead our creative department and help shape the **visual future of the agency**.
This is **not a designer role**. This is a **leadership role for someone who builds systems, leads teams, and owns the creative product end-to-end**.
🔥 What You’ll Own
✅ Lead and scale the **entire design**
✅ Set **creative vision, branding standards & visual quality control**
✅ Manage designers (UI/UX, motion, performance creatives, branding)
✅ Own all major outputs:
* Performance ad creatives (DV360, Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
* Brand identities & rebrands
* High-end presentations & pitch decks
* Websites, UX/UI, landing pages
✅ Work directly with **CEO, Sales & Advertising team**
✅ Turn briefs into **high-conversion creative systems**
✅ Build repeatable design processes, QA systems & delivery pipelines
🧠 Who We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years in design
✔ 2+ years leading a creative/design team
✔ Strong experience in:
* Performance marketing creatives (HTML5 Knowledge)
* Branding & visual identity
* Motion/video for ads
✔ Deep understanding of **what converts, not just what looks good**
✔ Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, and modern creative workflows
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Portfolio that shows:
* Ads
* Brands
* Digital products
* Motion/video
