Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while also contributing to client acquisition initiatives.
You will work closely with existing clients to ensure successful delivery, while supporting efforts to attract new clients through targeted outreach, data analysis, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth
Lead client acquisition efforts by managing outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels) to attract new potential clients.
Analyze existing client data, hiring trends, and successful engagements to identify patterns and opportunities for acquiring similar clients.
Work with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target industries, and value propositions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to help improve outreach and positioning.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve lead generation, client conversion, and long-term retention strategies.
Account Management
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their remote engineering talent needs are met and exceeded.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and present the best-fit remote candidates.
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a positive recruitment experience.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate client records and activity updates within CRM systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role, preferably within the tech, recruitment, or B2B services industry.
Understanding of software engineering roles and remote work dynamics.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review client performance and identify growth opportunities.
Experience or interest in client acquisition activities such as outreach campaigns or lead nurturing.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic reporting or analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
