* Understanding of patient identity management, record matching, and Master Patient Index (MPI) administration.
* Strong grasp of integration protocols: MLLP, REST, SOAP, SFTP.
* Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance (TEFCA, 21st Century Cures Act), privacy (HIPAA, and regulatory standards (NIST).

Preferred:
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience supporting large, multisite imaging organizations with distributed RIS/PACS environments.
* Knowledge of API management, containerized interface deployment (Docker/Kubernetes), or message queuing infrastructure.
* Proven success in remote or hybrid collaboration and stakeholder communication.
* Experience architecting or migrating integration systems within cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
* Certification in InterSystems Healthshare, HL7, or integration architecture a plus.
* AWS or GCP Health Interoperability Certifications a plus.

Physical Requirements:
* Standard office environment.
* More than 50% of the time: Sit, stand, and walk. Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs. See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
