Our client is a leading tech company specializing in large-scale data processing frameworks. They build solutions that allow organizations to design and execute unified data pipelines capable of handling both batch and streaming workloads.

**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and support solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.
* Develop and enhance software solutions using Java and Python.
* Design and execute automated, performance, and load tests.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
* Work with cloud platforms (ideally GCP), including services like IAM, DataFlow, BigTable, BigQuery, Spanner, Pub/Sub, and Kafka.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.

**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python development.
* Skilled in automated, performance, and load testing with Java.
* Strong CI/CD expertise using GitHub Actions.
* Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP (IAM, DataFlow, BigTable, BigQuery, Spanner, Pub/Sub, Kafka).

**Overlap:**
* One weekly call with client at 7am PST on Thursday
* Be available for communication/resolving questions, blockers until 10am PST
