We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-cycle IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various IT roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Tasks:
* Use various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source and attract qualified IT professionals.
* Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments and panel interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* Work with hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
* Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
* Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and build long-term relationships for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Full-cycle IT Recruiter.
* Experience in outsourcing/staffing companies is required.
* Experience and an active candidate pool in markets such as Poland, Serbia, Portugal, Croatia, Egypt, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, and Argentina.
* Strong cold sourcing skills and expertise in sourcing strategies.
* Experience working with a wide range of technical roles for large-scale and demanding projects.
* Strong understanding of employment regulations and labor laws in relevant markets.
* Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and high level of independence.
* Goal-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Open-minded and collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving recruitment needs.
* Experience working with recruitment metrics and analytics.
* Strong English skills (minimum B2 level).
