**About us**
**Tending.app (Bezikaron in IL)** is a one-of-its-kind startup in the field of monument care and restoration. Our mission is to preserve the memory of loved ones by providing a convenient and modern way to cherish family members no longer with us through an app subscription service.
We are growing rapidly, launching at new markets (US) and looking for **an experienced digital advertising (target) specialist** to join our team and **manage B2C app growth** across US and Israeli markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to **drive app installs, user engagement, and retention.**
* Create, manage and optimize **performance marketing** across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**, and other popular/trending channels, from budget allocation and creative to complience
* Implement **App Store Optimization (ASO)** strategies for increased visibility and conversion on Play Store and App Store.
* Analyze campaign performance data: monitor and report on **key app metrics** (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention rates, LTV).
* Collaborate with the creative, design and dev teams to ensure cohesive messaging and UX across platforms as well as C-lvl business stakeholders
**Qualifications & Key Requirements**
* **3–5 years** of experience in mobile app marketing (preferably in B2C segment).
* **Proven track record** of successful app user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
* **Hands-on experience** with Facebook Ads Manager, Google UAC, and other analytics tools
* Strong knowledge of **ASO best practices**.
* Experience with A/B testing and **conversion rate optimization**
* Strong understanding of **PPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics**
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and user behavior.
* Fluency in **English (B1-B2 level) and Russian/Hebrew** is a huge plus
* **Would be a plus**: Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
