We are Alphatrail, a young, dynamic start-up based in Regensburg that develops and sells exclusive bike components and accessories worldwide. To strengthen our successful course, we are looking for dedicated and reliable support for Web Design & Online Experience.
Your Tasks:
You will take on central areas of responsibility to bring our website, our online shop, and digital campaigns to the next level visually and functionally.
Web Design & UX:
** Design and further development of our online shop.
** Development of responsive layouts, UI elements, and landing pages.
** Implementation of design optimizations for conversion rate and user experience.
** Maintenance and further development of our corporate design in the digital environment.
Graphics & Content:
** Creation of banners, icons, illustrations, and visual assets for the shop, Amazon, social media, blog, and newsletter.
** Close collaboration with the marketing & content team for campaign graphics (e.g., social media, ads).
** Development of templates for recurring content (landing pages, blog posts, campaigns).
Technical Interface
** Collaboration with developers for the integration of design adjustments.
** Optimization of loading times and display on various browsers/devices.
** Testing and quality assurance of design implementations.
Your Qualification:
** Completed studies or training in web/media design or comparable experience.
** Very good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/InDesign).
** Experience in web design for e-commerce (Shopify).
** Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and common CMS/shop systems is a plus.
** Creative flair for design, brand aesthetics, and UX/UI trends.
** Independent, reliable, and structured way of working.
** Very good German and English skills (at least B2).
The Framework Conditions
** Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.
** Employment: Part-time (20h/week) in a long-term employment relationship.
** Workplace: 100% remote. Work from wherever you feel most comfortable.
** Working hours: Flexible working hours with core working hours from 09:00 to 15:00 (CET).
