We are currently seeking a **Recruiter (Mid-Level)** to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will support our international hiring efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across various departments.

It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the fast-paced world of international recruitment.

**Requirements**
**Hard Skills:**
* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function
* Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), Russian is a must
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
* Strong organizational and time management skills

**Soft Skills:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of responsibility and attention to detail
* Self-driven with a “can-do” attitude
* Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

**Responsibilities**
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
* Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS
* Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process
* Participate in employer branding and talent engagement activities
