We are seeking a talented and motivated **Data Scientist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, extract and transform data, and deploy models into production.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deploy machine learning models for a variety of applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
* Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into existing systems and workflows.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
* Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
* Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
* Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
* Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
