**Summary**
Ascenturi is looking for a focused and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. We are an 8-month-old company with over 50 employees, actively expanding and building new departments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting high-volume video interviews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, people-facing work and wants to grow within a company that values initiative, clarity, and strong communication. You’ll be one of the first hires in a brand-new department, with opportunities for leadership and development as the team scales.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **Candidate Interviews:** Conduct video interviews for a high volume of U.S.-based candidates applying for a remote role using a standardized, scripted format.
* **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and manage a clean, organized candidate pipeline — from interview to offer, onboarding, and beyond. Track interview results, follow-ups, and next steps through our CRM.
* **Client Support:** Coach clients on optimizing their candidate pipelines, provide recruiting insights, offer hands-on support to improve hiring outcomes, and ensure they are consistently getting strong results.
* **Training Support**: Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices, shadowing interviews, and helping maintain consistency and quality across the recruitment process.
* **Onboarding & Licensing Support:** Support newly hired candidates through the onboarding and licensing process, including guiding them through state-required courses and exams.
* **CRM & Documentation:** Accurately log notes, outcomes, and candidate status updates in our internal CRM to ensure clear handoffs and pipeline visibility.
* **Offer Management:** Deliver job offers via call and email, and manage the documentation process for selected candidates.
* **Reschedules & Follow-Ups:** Proactively follow up with no-shows and reschedules to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.
* **Candidate Experience:** Ensure every candidate has a consistent and professional experience, even when handling large volumes.
* **Other**: Performing additional support tasks as directed by the Company.

**Qualifications**
* **Excellent English Communication:** Clear, confident, and professional spoken and written English.
* **Strong Interpersonal Skills:** Able to build quick rapport while maintaining professionalism during interviews.
* **Process-Oriented:** Comfortable with repetition and following a set script, with attention to accuracy and consistency.
* **Self-Directed & Organized:** Able to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* **Adaptability:** Comfortable working in a growing startup with evolving systems and fast decision-making.
* **Experience (Preferred but Not Required):** Prior experience in recruitment, hiring, or team management is a plus.
