Summary

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high growth role, work with U.S.-based leaders, and help shape the systems and team culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiter Role
- Conduct high-volume, scripted video interviews for U.S.-based sales candidates.
- Manage candidate pipeline in the CRM from interview through offer and handoff.
- Follow up with no-shows/reschedules and deliver offers via phone and email.
HR Role
- Guide new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and internal processes.
- Support new hires through state-required licensing courses and exams, tracking progress.
- Maintain accurate licensing and onboarding records in the CRM/HR systems.
Sales Role
- Run sales calls to sell recruitment, accounting, and appointment-setting services.
- Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Log all calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM and follow up to close deals.
Client Role
- Meet with clients to review performance, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Track client status and feedback in the CRM to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent English Communication: Clear, confident, and professional spoken and written English.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Able to build quick rapport while maintaining professionalism during interviews.
- Process-Oriented: Comfortable with repetition and following a set script, with attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Self-Directed & Organized: Able to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a growing startup with evolving systems and fast decision-making.
- Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Prior experience in recruitment, hiring, or team management is a plus.
