**Job Description:**

Ascenturi is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join their growing team. This role involves high-volume, scripted video interviews for U.S.-based sales candidates, managing candidates through the CRM pipeline, and extending job offers. The position also includes HR and onboarding support, assisting new hires with procedures and documentation, and maintaining records. Additionally, responsibilities extend to sales and business development, conducting sales calls to promote Ascenturi’s services, qualifying leads, and managing deal progression. Client success and account management are also part of the role, including reviewing performance metrics with clients, addressing concerns, and tracking client feedback.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct high-volume, scripted video interviews for U.S.-based sales candidates.
* Manage and track candidates through the CRM pipeline from interview to offer and internal handoff.
* Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maintain hiring momentum.
* Extend job offers via phone and email, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
* Guide new hires through onboarding steps, documentation, and internal procedures.
* Support new hires with state-required licensing courses and exams, tracking completion and progress.
* Maintain accurate onboarding, licensing, and compliance records in CRM and HR systems.
* Conduct sales calls to promote Ascenturi’s recruitment, accounting, and appointment-setting services.
* Qualify leads, uncover client needs, and recommend appropriate service solutions.
* Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM and manage deal progression through close.
* Meet with clients to review performance metrics, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
* Handle daily client communication and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
* Track client feedback, engagement, and account status to build long-term partnerships.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* Excellent English Communication Skills – professional, clear, and confident (written and verbal).
* Strong Interpersonal Skills – able to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
* Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented – comfortable following scripts, workflows, and repeatable systems.
* Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
* Adaptable & Startup-Minded – comfortable with change, growth, and evolving systems.
* Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or operations is preferred but not required.
