We are looking for Remote Recruiters to support hiring for sales roles by conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating offers.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Interviews
Conduct high-volume video interviews using a structured interview script.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and communication skills.
Recruitment Process Management
Track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Update candidate records in CRM systems.
Offer Coordination
Deliver job offers via phone and email.
Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment workflows
Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
Organized and comfortable with CRM systems
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is a plus
