**Key Responsibilities:**
**Recruiter Role:**
* Conduct high-volume, scripted video interviews for U.S.-based sales candidates.
* Manage candidate pipeline in the CRM from interview through offer and handoff.
* Follow up with no-shows/reschedules and deliver offers via phone and email.
**HR Role:**
* Guide new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and internal processes.
* Support new hires through state-required licensing courses and exams, tracking progress.
* Maintain accurate licensing and onboarding records in the CRM/HR systems.
**Sales Role:**
* Run sales calls to sell recruitment, accounting, and appointment-setting services.
* Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend appropriate service packages.
* Log all calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM and follow up to close deals.
**Client Role:**
* Meet with clients to review performance, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
* Handle day-to-day client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
* Track client status and feedback in the CRM to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent English Communication: Clear, confident, and professional spoken and written English.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: Able to build quick rapport while maintaining professionalism during interviews.
* Process-Oriented: Comfortable with repetition and following a set script, with attention to accuracy and consistency.
* Self-Directed & Organized: Able to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a growing startup with evolving systems and fast decision-making.
* Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Prior experience in recruitment, hiring, or team management is a plus.
