Position Overview

Operations, Recruitment & Growth Specialist (Remote)
Ascenturi is seeking a versatile, people-driven professional to support our recruitment operations, onboarding processes, sales efforts, and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is motivated by growth and long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Operations
Conduct high-volume, structured video interviews for U.S.-based sales candidates
Manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline in the CRM from interview through offer and internal handoff
Follow up with no-shows and rescheduled interviews to maintain hiring efficiency
Deliver job offers via phone and email, ensuring a professional candidate experience

HR & Onboarding Support
Guide new hires through onboarding steps, documentation, and internal processes
Support new team members through state-required licensing courses and exams, tracking completion and progress
Maintain accurate onboarding, licensing, and compliance records in CRM and HR systems

Sales & Revenue Support
Run sales calls to promote Ascenturi’s recruitment, accounting, and appointment-setting services
Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and recommend tailored service solutions
Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM and support deal progression through close

Client Success & Account Coordination
Meet with clients to review performance, answer questions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
Handle day-to-day client communication and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Track client feedback, engagement, and account status to support long-term retention

Qualifications & Skills
Excellent English Communication Skills – professional, clear, and confident (spoken and written)
Strong Interpersonal & Relationship-Building Skills – comfortable working with candidates and clients
Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused – able to follow scripts, workflows, and repeatable systems
Self-Motivated & Organized – able to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
Adaptable Startup Mindset – comfortable with change, growth, and evolving processes
Experience (Preferred, Not Required) – background in recruitment, HR, sales, or operations is a plus
