Role Overview
This is a multi-functional role combining Recruitment, HR/Onboarding, Sales, and Client Management. You will be a key operator within Ascenturi, working closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Conduct high-volume, structured video interviews for U.S.-based sales and support candidates
Manage the candidate pipeline in the CRM from interview through offer and handoff
Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maintain interview efficiency
Extend offers via phone and email, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
HR & Onboarding
Guide new hires through onboarding steps, documentation, and internal processes
Support new hires through state-required licensing courses and exams, tracking progress
Maintain accurate onboarding, compliance, and licensing records in CRM and HR systems
Sales & Business Development
Run sales calls to promote Ascenturi’s recruitment, accounting, and appointment-setting services
Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and recommend tailored service packages
Log all activities, notes, and next steps in the CRM and follow up to close deals
Client Success & Account Management
Meet with clients to review performance, address questions, and ensure satisfaction
Handle day-to-day client communication and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Track client status, feedback, and retention metrics to support long-term partnerships
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent English Communication Skills – clear, confident, and professional (spoken and written)
Strong Interpersonal Skills – able to build rapport quickly while maintaining professionalism
Process-Oriented Mindset – comfortable with structured workflows, scripts, and repetition
Highly Organized & Self-Directed – able to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability & Startup Mentality – comfortable with change, evolving systems, and rapid growth
Experience (Preferred, Not Required) – background in recruitment, HR, sales, or team operations is a plus
