**IT Business Analyst**

**What You’ll Do:**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Translate requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Support testing, implementation, and user training.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
