**IT Business Analyst Intern**
**Location:** Tbilisi | onsite options available

**Job Description:**
We’re looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship while supporting real projects that shape industries.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Support the Business Analysis team in gathering and analyzing requirements.
* Participate in meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Help document business processes and prepare technical specifications.
* Contribute to research, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
* Assist in testing and implementation phases alongside developers and testers.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Strong interest in business analysis, systems, and digital products.
* Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or process mapping is a plus.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
