**Job Description:**
Asterbit is seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst Intern to join their growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience and mentorship while supporting real projects that shape industries.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the Business Analysis team in gathering and analyzing requirements.
* Participate in meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Help document business processes and prepare technical specifications.
* Contribute to research, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
* Assist in testing and implementation phases alongside developers and testers.
**Qualifications:**
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Strong interest in business analysis, systems, and digital products.
* Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or process mapping is a plus.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
