**Job Title:** Java Developer

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications using Spring Boot.
* Lead technical discussions and architecture planning for backend systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable features.
* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
* Write and review unit/integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
* Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across teams.
* Oversee version control practices using Git.
* Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.
* Deep expertise in Spring Boot and REST API design.
* Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms is a plus.
* Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
* Strong experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and mentor others.
