TITLE: Sr. Technical Recruiter (DOD Recruiting)
LOCATION: Georgia – Remote!
TYPE: Contract (12 months)
PAY: $35 – $40/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies
* Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
* Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
* Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers
* Remain updated on trends and recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience
* Demonstrated knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, relationship management, and candidate due diligence.
* Experience recruiting in a DOD/Government environment.
* Proficiency utilizing an ATS and CRM system to maintain documentation and recruiting activities
* Proven ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc.
* Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible
* Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
