Position: **Product Owner**
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Main Responsibilities:
** Product Vision & Strategy:
– Translate the product strategy into tangible, prioritized work;
– Develop and communicate a clear Product Goal, aligned with company OKRs and market context;
– Define scope and success for initiatives across multiple platforms (web, mobile, back-office).
** Backlog Ownership:
– Maintain a clear, ordered, and transparent backlog;
– Write high-quality Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria;
– Continuously refine and groom backlog based on feedback, discovery phase, and technical insights;
– Shift priorities quickly without losing sight of the big picture.
** Stakeholder Alignment:
– Collaborate with C-level, BA, compliance, marketing, CRM, and BI to capture business needs.
– Facilitate communication between tech, design, QA, data, and commercial teams;
– Represent the product in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retros;
** Discovery & User Understanding:
– Run lean discovery: problem framing, stakeholder interviews, user feedback loops, and rapid prototyping;
– Use data, insights, A/B tests strategy, A/B tests, and competitor analysis to drive product bets;
– Balance business impact and user experience — know when to deliver 80% fast vs. build the right 100%.
** Visual Communication & Artefacts:
– Create and maintain visual product materials that help align and communicate (RACI matrices, Roles & Responsibility charts, Product lifecycle maps, Flow diagrams, Backlog health dashboards, Experimentation boards).
Main Requirements:
** Solid experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role;
** Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product development cycles;
** Proven experience in iGaming, gambling, fintech, live games, or similarly complex regulated environments;
** Fluent in Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, or similar tooling;
** Proven experience with API and SDK-based systems, integrations, and third-party platforms;
** Familiar with UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and behavioral insights;
** Strong documentation and communication skills in English (verbal & written).
