**Main Responsibilities:**
* Translate the product strategy into tangible, prioritized work.
* Develop and communicate a clear Product Goal, aligned with company OKRs and market context.
* Define scope and success for initiatives across multiple platforms (web, mobile, back-office).
* Maintain a clear, ordered, and transparent backlog.
* Write high-quality Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
* Continuously refine and groom backlog based on feedback, discovery phase, and technical insights.
* Shift priorities quickly without losing sight of the big picture.
* Collaborate with C-level, BA, compliance, marketing, CRM, and BI to capture business needs.
* Facilitate communication between tech, design, QA, data, and commercial teams.
* Represent the product in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retros.
* Run lean discovery: problem framing, stakeholder interviews, user feedback loops, and rapid prototyping.
* Use data, insights, A/B tests strategy, A/B tests, and competitor analysis to drive product bets.
* Balance business impact and user experience.
* Create and maintain visual product materials that help align and communicate (RACI matrices, Roles & Responsibility charts, Product lifecycle maps, Flow diagrams, Backlog health dashboards, Experimentation boards).
**Main Requirements:**
* Solid experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role.
* Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product development cycles.
* Proven experience in iGaming, gambling, fintech, live games, or similarly complex regulated environments.
* Fluent in Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, or similar tooling.
* Proven experience with API and SDK-based systems, integrations, and third-party platforms.
* Familiar with UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and behavioral insights.
* Strong documentation and communication skills in English (verbal & written).
