**UI/UX Designer (Part-Time)**
**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia (on-site Tuesday and Thursday, remote on other days).
**Work hours:** 10 AM – 2 PM EST (6 PM – 10 PM Tbilisi time).
**Salary:** 1000-2000 GEL per month (based on experience).
**About Avorix**
Avorix is a US-based tech startup building the operating system for auto transport. We are replacing outdated load boards and disconnected tools with one platform that includes a marketplace, TMS, driver app, and payments. We are building a real product used by logistics companies every day.
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a practical UI/UX Designer who can design clean, user-friendly, and efficient interfaces. You will work on web applications, dashboards, and marketing pages. This is a hands-on role. You should be able to take a feature from idea to final design and work independently without constant supervision.
**Responsibilities**
* Design UI for web applications, dashboards, and internal tools.
* Improve user experience and simplify complex workflows.
* Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
* Build reusable components and maintain design consistency across the product.
* Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
* Design landing pages and update existing website sections.
* Create simple marketing visuals when needed (social media posts, banners).
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.
* Strong skills in Figma.
* Experience designing web applications (not only landing pages).
* Understanding of user flows and usability.
* Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
* Reliable availability during defined working hours.
**Nice to have**
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Ability to create basic graphics, icons, and visual assets.
* Experience with SaaS or operational tools.
