We`re looking for an experienced **Senior Business Developer** to lead global expansion for a fast-growing international startup backed by **Axel**.

This role combines strategy, execution, and high-impact ownership across multiple countries.

What You`ll Do
* Build and execute the international sales & BD strategy
* Develop and manage a B2B pipeline (multi-country)
* Lead outreach, meetings, negotiations, and deals
* Build and manage a sales team as we scale
* Drive market research, stakeholder mapping & partner development
* Define customer policies, sales processes, and engagement standards
* Collaborate with local partners, agencies, communities
* Travel frequently to support market entry and partnerships

What We`re Looking For
* 5+ years in business development / B2B sales
* Strong track record in opening new markets and closing deals
* Ability to operate independently and solve complex problems
* Experience in managing or building sales teams (big plus)
* Startup experience or fast-growth environment background
* Excellent communication, negotiation & strategic thinking
* Comfortable with frequent international travel
