💡 What you’ll do (in simple words)
You’ll help clients understand the product, integrate the API, and go live smoothly. This role is a mix of product demos + technical onboarding + client support.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Pre-Sales & Demos
Run clear, high-quality product demos for prospects and clients
Support Sales and TAM teams with technical answers and solution design
Turn client needs into practical technical recommendations
🔌 Integrations & Go-Live
Own the technical onboarding for new B2BINPAY clients
Review API flows and integration approaches before implementation
Work directly with client developers to ensure correct integration
Lead the full go-live process until the client launches in production
Ensure best practices for CRM/back-office/wallet/payment flow integrations
🛠 Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
Become an expert in B2BINPAY API, documentation, and workflows
Explain technical topics in a simple way to non-technical clients
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with Product/Engineering when needed
🤝 Client Success & Coordination
Be the main technical contact during onboarding and integration
Support TAMs with technical clarifications and operational questions
Coordinate with external vendors/partners when required to complete integration tasks
✅ What we’re looking for
5+ years in Solutions Engineering / Integrations / Technical Consulting (fintech/crypto/payments preferred)
Strong understanding of APIs and integrations (you don’t need to be a developer)
Confident in client communication and running demos
Structured problem-solver with ownership mindset
Russian (Natve) + English (C1–C2)
