**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** to guide and optimize our **Agile Release Train (ART)** and ensure seamless, high-quality delivery across teams. In this role, you will act as a servant leader and coach, facilitating key ART events, driving alignment, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Facilitate core Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including **PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt workshops**.
* Collaborate closely with **Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams** to maintain alignment and open communication across the organization.
* Identify, track, and help resolve **risks, issues, and dependencies** impacting ART progress and delivery.
* Promote **Lean-Agile principles**, encouraging ongoing learning, innovation, and process refinement.
* Provide clear, transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels regarding progress, impediments, and key milestones.
* Support **capacity planning, process improvements**, and the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Create a **safe, trusting environment** that empowers teams to solve problems and deliver value.
* Drive **operational excellence** and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Assist with **organizational change initiatives**, ensuring smooth adoption across teams and departments.
**What Weβre Looking For**
**Experience and Skills**
* 5+ years in Agile environments (e.g., **Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or cross-team leadership roles**).
* Strong facilitation and organizational skills to run effective planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration.
* Solid understanding of **product or solution delivery processes** in technical or business settings.
* Proven ability to **identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies** impacting delivery.
* Experience supporting **continuous improvement initiatives** across multiple teams.
**Leadership Abilities**
* Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills** for working with diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.
* Ability to guide teams, remove obstacles, and help them achieve shared goals.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience as a **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** or leading Agile Release Trains.
* Certifications such as **SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master**.
* Experience mentoring or coaching teams in **Agile or Lean frameworks**.
* Familiarity with **Atlassian tools** (Jira, Confluence) and business intelligence (BI) systems.
* Experience driving **Agile transformation** in non-IT departments (support, marketing, sales).
* Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to facilitate constructive change.
* Experience working in **complex, cross-functional, or large-scale project environments**.
