**Senior Software Engineer (Kotlin – Android)**
**Location:** Global/Remote/Hybrid
**Experience:** 5+ Years
**Languages:** English (B2) + Russian (Native)
**Must have experience in fintech:**
* Crypto exchanges, brokers, wallets or
* Banks, payment systems, trading platforms, or similar regulated environments.
**Your Mission:**
* Develop user-friendly Android applications using **Kotlin**
* Optimize performance and ensure scalability as the product grows
* Maintain application stability across releases
* Collaborate with the Team Lead on system design and architecture
* Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in Android and mobile development
* Work closely with **DevOps** and **Security** teams to ensure secure, reliable releases
**What You Bring:**
* 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience
* Strong proficiency in **Kotlin** and modern Android practices
* Hands-on experience with **Jetpack Compose**
* Experience with **Dagger Hilt** (or strong DI background)
* Solid understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** for Android (build, test, release)
* Strong testing mindset:
* Unit tests
* Snapshot tests
* End-to-end (E2E) tests
* Knowledge of mobile security best practices
* Experience with **WebSockets** and real-time data streaming
* Confident working with **Gradle** and Gradle plugins
* Interest in **AI-powered developer tools** and agentic workflows 🤖
