Senior System Analyst (B2Trader-Product)
Exp : 5+
Location : Remote/Global – Including Russia
Mandatory exp required in Trading platforms projects
Language – Russian(Natve)+English(b2)
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the evolution of the B2Trader trading platform by collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and document precise, actionable requirements.
2. Translate complex business processes into clear models and detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and use cases — laying the foundation for innovation.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure the stability, transparency, and scalability of our high-performance trading platform. This includes detailed API specifications (REST, WebSocket), clear component and sequence diagrams, and well-structured data models (UML, BPMN). You’ll also document the event-driven architecture and message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
4. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams—developers, designers, QA, and project managers—to proactively address questions and ensure smooth delivery of cutting-edge trading solutions.
Your work will serve as the single source of truth — enabling seamless cross-team collaboration, accelerating feature delivery, and ensuring our trading engine remains resilient, consistent, and future-proof in a fast-moving market environment.
Obligatory:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar System Analyst role.
3. Proficient in analyzing business needs and translating them into well-defined system requirements.
4. Previous experience working on fintech projects.
5. Confident use tools such as Confluence, Jira, Swagger, Postman, VS Code, GitLab, and Figma.
6. Experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
8. Knowledge of the software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
9. Solid mathematical background to apply your analytical mindset and skills to master the complexities of trading algorithms, risk parameters.
Preferably:
1. Experience with or understanding of trading platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader, Binance)
2. Hands-on experience with gRPC
3. Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and understanding code in C#, Java, or C++
