**Job Description:**

As an Android Developer in Bank of Georgia, you will collaborate with our development team and business units. You will be in charge of analyzing, developing, executing, implementing, bug-fixing, and maintaining software application systems. If you are a resourceful, creative, and team-oriented individual who can cooperate with others to deliver solutions, this position is for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prioritize and organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high-quality work on time.
* Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features.
* Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality increments alongside teammates for a product.
* Analyze and break features down into tasks to manage their priorities and deadlines.
* Design a system to match the existing architecture and improve it to accommodate changing demands and requirements.
* Build design components to support multiple projects.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and integration points.
* Maintain existing software, improve quality, and keep up with technological advancements.
* Participate in code reviews.
* Present technical ideas and solutions to a group of peers.

**Qualifications:**

* Proficiency with native Android application development (Using Kotlin, Java will be a plus).
* Experience with high-performance UI development, including Custom Android controls and UI elements.
* Strong mobile system development skills (sensors, media, algorithms, threading, memory management, sync, networking, power).
* Good knowledge of Android application architecture and patterns.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
* Understanding of Google design principles and interface guidelines.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in Georgian and English.
