**Bank of Georgia offers ambitious data professionals the opportunity to transform raw data into strategic insights that drive business impact.** In this role, you won’t just build reports — you’ll help shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide key decisions across our retail business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll contribute to high-impact analysis across customer behavior, product performance, campaign effectiveness and more.
**What You’ll Do**
Depending on your level, you’ll:
* Work with large databases to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets
* Analyze customer behavior to optimize campaigns, pricing, and engagement
* Plan and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, offers, and promotional activities
* Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions
* Strengthen internal reporting and performance tracking tools for better visibility and action
This is analytics at the heart of decision-making — fast-paced, business-critical, and strategically important.
**What We’re Looking For:**
**Technical & Professional Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or IT;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written);
* Expertise in SQL, MS Office and Power BI; Phyton (PySpark) is a plus;
* Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
**Mindset & Soft Skills**

* Strategic mindset – able to translate data into decisions;
* Clear communicators – structured, concise, and audience-aware;
