They focus on consumer applications with subscriptions, including paywalls, onboarding, A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration. The team values experimentation, rapid hypothesis testing, and a refined UI/UX. They use Figma for design and Swift/SwiftUI for development, with minimal backend infrastructure.
**About the Role:**
BelkaLabs is seeking a **Product Designer (Mobile Apps)** who enjoys creating mobile interfaces.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design UX for mobile applications from concept to release.
* Create visually appealing and functional visual designs.
* Contribute to the development of onboarding flows, paywalls, and key user scenarios.
* Collaborate with development teams and influence product decisions.
* Improve existing screens based on feedback and data.
* Design marketing assets for App Store promotion, including screenshots, previews, and icons.
* Think holistically about the product, including its App Store presence.
**Team Communication:**
* Primary communication languages: Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian.
* English is used for App Store, tools, and external services.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience designing mobile applications, preferably with App Store releases.
* Understanding of UX principles for iOS and general mobile patterns.
* Ability to create clean, well-designed visual interfaces.
* Proficiency in Figma.
* Familiarity with App Store design guidelines and mobile marketing principles, or willingness to learn quickly.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small team.
*Note: Education is not a primary factor; practical experience and real-world applications are prioritized.*
