**The Role**
We are looking for a talented Product Designer for Betsson Georgia brand who will be involved in different processes and help us deliver the best customer experience in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer and user journeys;
* Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for desktop, mobile web, and mobile apps;
* Design UX/UI for promo pages (landing pages, campaign pages);
* Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces;
* Own design tasks end-to-end, from concept to handoff to development;
* Make design decisions based on customer feedback, product analytics, and usability research;
* Identify and troubleshoot UX and UI issues;
* Collaborate closely with product, tech, and other business stakeholders;
* Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collective growth.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role;
* Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to design complex user flows with visually appealing UI;
* Advanced Figma skills;
* Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD);
* Hands-on experience with:
* Design system
* Promo / marketing pages
* Mobile app UX (flows, logic, user scenarios)
* iOS and Android design guidelines
* Cross-platform design for desktop, mobile web, and mobile applications
* Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3;
* Understanding of conversion, funnels, and key metrics;
* Ability to clearly discuss and explain design decisions;
* Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines;
* Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly;
* High attention to detail;
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Customer-centered mindset;
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills;
* English B1-B2.
**Nice to have:**
* Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field;
* Experience with motion design and UX animations;
* Background in graphic design;
* Knowledge of the Russian language.
