We are looking for a React Native Mobile Developer (Middle+) to join our dating startup. You will be responsible for developing and improving our mobile application using React Native and TypeScript, implementing new product features, and working with Redux Toolkit, API integrations, navigation, push notifications, and analytics. You will also optimize performance, stability, and design on iOS and Android, participate in releases, develop internal web interfaces and an admin panel on React/Next.js/TypeScript, and collaborate closely with the founder and backend engineer on UX, logic, and technical decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and improve the mobile application using React Native and TypeScript.
* Implement new product features.
* Work with Redux Toolkit, API integrations, navigation, push notifications, and analytics.
* Optimize performance, stability, and design on iOS and Android.
* Participate in releases.
* Develop internal web interfaces and admin panel on React/Next.js/TypeScript.
* Collaborate closely with the founder and backend engineer on UX, logic, and technical decisions.
* Propose improvements and take responsibility for the quality of the frontend and mobile application.
**Technical Stack:**
* Mobile App: React Native, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript
* Frontend: React, Redux, React Toolkit, Figma
**Requirements:**
* 4+ years of experience in mobile development in startups or product teams.
* Deep knowledge of TypeScript and API integration.
* Experience developing production mobile screens and interactions.
* Understanding of production application structure.
* Ability to take responsibility for the product and technical decisions.
* Startup mindset: autonomy, initiative, speed, willingness to take responsibility.
* Proficient working English.
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience and interest in AI.
* Experience with Mixpanel, Veriff, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Mapbox, OpenAI, and other integrations.
* DevOps skills (CI/CD, AWS).
