– Optimising & improving current code
– Integrating third-party APIs (auth, messaging, analytics, payments if needed)
– Deployments, CI/CD, and infrastructure decisions
– Contributing to product decisions (not just execution)
Requirements:
– 4+ years experience in full-stack development.
– Strong backend architecture knowledge (Node.js / ASP .NET preferred).
– Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js preferred).
– Solid database design skills (MSSQL / PostgreSQL).
-Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / similar).
– Ability to ship independently.
– Startup mindset — ownership, speed, accountability.
