**Job Description:**
Blaze is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their team. The role involves creating, updating, and executing test cases and test plans, conducting various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, usability, exploratory), and documenting/tracking defects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers and product teams, contribute to process improvements, and participate in the Scrum process.
**Responsibilities:**
* Creating, updating, and executing test cases and test plans.
* Conducting functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
* Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with detailed reproducible steps.
* Collaborating with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
* Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and standardization of QA practices.
* Advocating for quality within the development team.
* Participating in the Scrum process.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing.
* In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
* Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* English proficiency at B2 level.
**Nice to Have:**
* Basic knowledge of automated testing (Selenium, Cypress).
* Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
* Experience integrating QA processes into CI/CD.
