**Job Title:** Manual QA Engineer
**Company:** BLAZE
**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia
**Work Schedule:** Hybrid, Monday-Friday
**Responsibilities:**
* Creating, updating, and executing test cases and test plans
* Conducting functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing
* Identifying, documenting and tracking defects with detailed reproducible steps
* Collaborating with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and resolve issues
* Contributing to improving testing processes and standardizing QA practices
* Advocating for quality within the development team
* Participating in the Scrum process
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing
* In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
* Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
* Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* English proficiency at B2 level
**Nice to Have:**
* Basic knowledge of automated testing (Selenium, Cypress)
* Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust)
* Experience integrating QA processes into CI/CD
