**Job Description:**
BLAZE is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their team. This role involves ensuring the quality of software through manual testing processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create, update, and execute test cases and test plans.
* Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
* Identify, document, and track defects with detailed steps for replication.
* Collaborate with developers and product creation teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
* Participate in improving testing processes and standardizing QA practices.
* Advocate for quality within the development team.
* Engage in Scrum processes.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing.
* In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including defect lifecycle.
* Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress).
* Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
* Experience with QA integration in CI/CD processes.
