Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer, located in Tbilisi. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. The role involves collaborating with a team of developers, ensuring that best practices are adhered to, and contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle. The Senior Software Engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
* Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices
* Experience with database management systems and writing efficient SQL queries
* Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and version control systems
* Problem-solving and debugging skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
* Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Prior experience in the technology industry; knowledge of industry trends is a plus
