To scale our AI practice, we are seeking a **Prompt Engineer & LLM Integration Specialist** who will design, test, and optimize AI prompt strategies, build robust endpoint integrations with **Vertex AI** and other LLM providers, and enable **grounding, function calling, and multi-modal use cases** for enterprise clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Design, test, and refine **effective prompts** for multiple LLMs (Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) across various domains.
* Implement **function calling, tool integration, and grounding techniques** to ensure accurate and context-aware responses.
* Develop and maintain **API endpoints and microservices** for AI model integration into client platforms (web, mobile, enterprise systems).
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to **embed AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent agents** into customer products.
* Benchmark and evaluate **model performance, latency, cost optimization**, and fine-tuning strategies.
* Research and stay up-to-date on **LLM advancements, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and multi-modal models**.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong background in **software engineering** (Python, Node.js, or .NET preferred).
* Hands-on experience with **Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or Cohere**.
* Familiarity with **LLM orchestration frameworks** (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.).
* Experience implementing **grounding with enterprise knowledge bases** (vector DBs, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar).
* Solid understanding of **API design, cloud deployment (GCP/AWS/Azure)**, and microservices architecture.
* Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
* Bonus: Knowledge of **MLOps, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks**.
