**About The Role:**
As a Recruiter Specialist, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across all departments to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. You’ll be responsible for proactively building strong talent pipelines and engaging effectively with hiring managers. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement, you’ll help ensure that our teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**
* Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
* Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit.
* Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and interview panels.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track basic recruitment metrics and assist in regular recruitment reporting.
* Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Support onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation and scheduling.

**About You:**
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship or full-time).
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards).
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for finding the right people.
* Proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of collaborating across teams and departments.
* Excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills.
* Passion for new technologies and ride-hailing.
