As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-growing local operations. From sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, you’ll be instrumental in building the teams that keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**
* Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
* Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit.
* Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and interview panels.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track basic recruitment metrics (e.g., number of applicants, time‑to‑fill) and assist in regular recruitment reporting.
* Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Support onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation and scheduling.
**About you:**
* You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship or full-time).
* You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards).
* You have strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for finding the right people.
* You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* You have a team-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating across teams and departments.
* You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills
* You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing
